Rechtswetenschappelijk onderzoek Een selectieve tweejarige opleiding tot rechtswetenschappelijk onderzoeker. Je bestudeert de grondslagen van het juridisch onderzoek en onderzoekstechnieken uit verwante disciplines. Inhoudelijk ligt het accent op de sterke onderzoekstradities van Utrecht: Internationale rechtsvergelijking; Europees privaatrecht; rechten van de mens; omgevingsrecht; sociaal en economisch recht; rechtspleging en rechtshandhaving. Je krijgt gedurende twee jaar studiefinanciering en je geniet onderzoeksfaciliteiten. Juridisch-economische studies Een voor Europa unieke master die juridische vraagstukken in een financieeleconomische context plaatst.
