Would not it be better to risk psychiatric decompensation as well as physical cardiac decompensation and give him the opportunity of choosing Christ in the light of eternity? 4. What aprproach should the doctor use? This depends, of course, upon the individual, but it is best to be as straightforward as possible. „I want to talk to you about your soul", or „Have you ever thought about the sin in your life?" or ,,Where are you going when you die?" Avoid ambiguous questions such as „Are you a Christian?" or „Do you believe in Christ?" 6. The problem oj sin must be faced. But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. Isaiah 64 : 6. 7.
