General organization Information: The information service of the Congress-Secretariat will be open starting Monday, July 15, at the Minerva Paviljoen. Office hours: 9.00 A.M.—5.00 P.M. Thursday, July 18, 9.00 A.M.—12.00 A.M. only. In the morning and afternoon registration of participants will be held at the Minerva Paviljoen. Fee: The congress-fee will amount to $ 25.— for active members and to $ 10.— for the accompanying family. Payment is to made by transfer to account: F.I.C.C.P. c/o Rotterdamse Bank N.V. Nieuw Loopveld 6 AMSTELVEEN The Netherlands Participants, who have not yet registered are required to fill in the registration form and forward it to the secretary. Changes of and additions to the programme will be announced in time on the bulletin-board of the congress-secretariat and during the sessions. Announcements of a general or personal nature may be posted on the bulletin-board. All hotel reservations will be made by the American Express Company. At present there are about 60 participants from 12 different countries. Programme of social activities: Monday, July 15 9.15 P.M. Reception given by the Free University („Vrije Universiteit") at the building of Faculty of Arts, Van Eeghenstraat 112. Tuesday, July 16 5.30 P.M. Reception given by the Municipal Council of Amsterdam at the „Stedelijk Museum", Paulus Potterstraat 13. Wednesday, July 17 8.15 P.M. Chamber-concert arranged by Mrs. Phia Berghout at the ,,Frans Hals Museum", Groot Heiligland 62, Haarlem. Thursday July 18 1.00 P.M. Final luncheon in the surroundings of Amsterdam. The Indies' committee will organize the following excursions: Tuesday, July 16 10.00 A.M. Visit to the „Rijksmuseum", Stadhouderskade 42 2.00 P.M. Walk through old Amsterdam with a visit to a.o. „Het Rembrandthuis", Jodenbreestraat 4—6. Meeting-point „National Monument", Dam. Wednesday, July 17 9.00 A.M. Excursion to the flower auction at Aalsmeer; departure by bus from the Minerva Paviljoen at 9.00 A.M.
